The rental fee includes 10 acres, indoor/outdoor ceremony, covered pavilion, gazebo at water’s edge, inside tables and chairs, chair length linens and chair covers upon request. The facility offers 14 round tables with seating up to 8 and 20 8’ banquet tables with seating up to 8. Our max seating capacity is 250 people. Pricing includes set up, tear down and cleaning. Sales tax not included in pricing listed.
